Credits come back automatically when a video fails

A video is charged when you press Generate. If it fails to render, is blocked by a safety filter, or never starts, its credits return to your balance on their own — you don't have to ask.

Refunds on credit packs

Payments for credit packs are reviewed case by case. Write to us with what happened and we'll look at the purchase, the credits used and the circumstances, and reply with a decision, typically within one business day.

How to ask

Email support@aizombietrend.orgfrom the address on your account and include the receipt from Stripe and, if it's about a video, its link. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Payments are not refundable where an account is closed for breaking the Terms of Service. Promotional or bonus credits carry no cash value.
